These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed on our website and also set out the rules for using our site. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place an order.
1. What do these Terms and Conditions apply to?
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your contract with us for the sale of Products and any delivery services we provide. They also tell you the rules for using our website operated by Kits ID (our site).

1.3 We reserve the right to cancel any Order that is made by a minor under the age of 18 where the consent of that minor’s legal guardian is not received. If you are under the age of 18 you must ensure your parent or legal guardian knows and agrees before you buy anything online. In subscribing for emails, or entering any competition that requires information about you, you warrant you are over 16 years of age.
1.4 In purchasing our Products you confirm that you are a consumer. A consumer is someone who is (i) an individual; and (ii) acting wholly or mainly outside of their trade, business, craft or profession.
2. What terms do we use in these Terms and Conditions?
“Contract” means the contract formed between you and us each time you purchase Products from us via our Website.
“Order” means an order placed by you for Products on the Website.
“Product” means a product displayed for sale on the Website.
“VAT” means value added tax, or the equivalent goods and services tax applied within a relevant territory.

3. Where do I find Product information?
3.1 Each Product purchased is sold subject to its description on its product page. This may set out additional terms related to that Product including estimated delivery dates, warranties, after-sales service and any applicable guarantees.
3.2 Product availability and delivery options may vary depending on destination. We cannot guarantee that all Products will be available for delivery to every country.
4. How is a Contract formed between us?
4.1 The steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
4.1.1 You place the order for your Products on the Website by following the prompts and completing checkout. Once you have confirmed payment it constitutes an “Order”.
4.1.2 Delivery and any other applicable charges will be shown in the order process before you complete your Order. You confirm your consent to these charges when you submit your Order.
4.1.3 You will be given an opportunity to review your Order and make any amendments required prior to placing an Order.
4.1.4 We will send you an Order confirmation email detailing and acknowledging the Products you have ordered.
4.1.5 Your contract with us only relates to those Products confirmed in the order confirmation email. We will not be obliged to deliver any other Products which may have been part of your Order unless and until those Products are confirmed.
4.1.6 We will notify you by email when your Product is despatched. If you have ordered multiple Products, we may deliver these separately.
4.1.7 Order acceptance and completion of our Contract will take place when you receive an order confirmation email confirming that we accept your Order, unless you have cancelled it in accordance with these Terms.
4.1.8 Your payment method will be charged when your Order is confirmed, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
4.2 By placing an Order, you agree that the products ordered are legal to possess and use where you intend to possess and use them, and that you have the right to use any payment method you provide. You may not order products with the intent to resell them and agree that your purchase is for personal, not commercial use.
4.3 We are not required to accept your Order and we may modify, reject or cancel your Order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- the product you ordered being unavailable from stock;
- we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment;
- identification of a pricing or Product description error;
- we reasonably believe you may intend to resell the Product; or
- you not complying with these Terms and Conditions (for example, if you are under the age of 18 and we have not received consent from your legal guardian).
5. Your statutory right to cancel and returns
5.1 You are entitled to cancel your Contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the Products.
5.2 You have an additional right to return eligible individual products or your whole Order within 30 days of receiving your Order. Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with original tags and packaging.
5.3 Your right to return Products does not apply to goods made to your specification, personalised items, or products which by reason of their nature cannot be returned (for example, underwear/swimwear for hygiene reasons) or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Personalised items may only be returned if faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
5.4 To exercise the right to cancel or return, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, including your name, address, Order details and, where available, your phone number and email address. You can do this via our Returns Portal or by contacting us at admin@sizesall.us.
5.5 If you decide to cancel or return, you should return the Products to us (unless we instruct otherwise) and we will reimburse you by the method used to pay for the original transaction for the cost of the Products being returned, subject to these Terms and our Returns & Exchanges policy.
5.6 If you return your full Order within 14 days of delivery, we will refund payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than our standard and least expensive option). If you return after 14 days but within the 30-day returns period, delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the products are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
5.7 We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
5.8 We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied (or after you provide evidence of having returned them, where applicable).
5.9 If Products are damaged, faulty or not as described, you may cancel and we will reimburse the cost of the Products, reasonable return costs (where applicable), and relevant delivery charges in accordance with applicable law. Please see section 7 for further information.
6. How do I change, cancel or return an Order?
6.1 Other than in the circumstances set out in section 5, it may not be possible to make changes to your Order once you have placed it. If you would like to add Products, please place a new Order.
6.2 If you need to change delivery details, remove Products, or cancel before despatch, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@sizesall.us.
6.3 If the Products have already been despatched, please use our Returns Portal for unwanted Products.
6.4 Unless Products are faulty, damaged or not as described upon delivery, you are generally expected to bear the cost of any return, and original delivery charges may not be refunded.
7. What if the Products are damaged or faulty?
7.1 If your Order arrives and the Products are damaged, faulty or not as described, you may cancel/return the affected Products and we will reimburse you the cost of those Products and, where applicable, reasonable return costs and relevant delivery charges, in accordance with applicable law.
7.2 Please contact us promptly with details and photos where helpful, via admin@sizesall.us or the Returns Portal.
7.3 Your rights under this section are in addition to any statutory rights and remedies you may have under applicable law.
8. When will the Products be delivered?
8.1 Delivery lead times will vary according to destination and the delivery method selected at checkout. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver within any estimated timeframe shown, and in any event within applicable legal timeframes.
8.2 Depending on stock availability, we may split delivery of your Order into several parts. You will not be charged extra for this.
8.3 Occasionally, delivery may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control, such as material shortages, carrier delays, import delays, higher than anticipated demand, or customs processes. If delays outside our control occur, we will make every effort to keep you informed. Time is not of the essence for delivery, but you remain entitled to your statutory rights.

9. What is the charge for delivery and handling?
9.1 During checkout and before you place your Order, we will confirm applicable charges, which may include delivery costs, handling fees (if any), taxes, and any duty-related charges shown at checkout.

10. How to pay & VAT
10.1 We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (which may include major credit/debit cards and other payment solutions). Your use of third-party payment providers is subject to their own terms.
10.2 Payment is made in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank or card provider may apply exchange rates or additional charges for which you are responsible.
10.3 Our prices include VAT where applicable. There may be additional taxes that you could be required to pay which are not imposed by us.
10.4 For Orders delivered to certain destinations (including, where applicable, the United States), sales tax or similar taxes may be added based on your delivery address and shown at checkout.
11. Import Duty, Customs and Tax Payments
11.1 For deliveries within the United Kingdom fulfilled from a UK location, prices will generally include UK VAT and there will usually be no import duty considerations for the customer.
11.2 For international deliveries, Products may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duties, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. Unless we state otherwise at checkout (for example, where duties/taxes are collected in advance), the recipient of your Order may be responsible for customs formalities and any additional charges for international delivery.
11.3 We may request information from you in relation to customs formalities. If you do not respond within a reasonable time, we may cancel the Order and return the Products to our warehouse.
11.4 Before placing an Order, it is your responsibility to check that any Products ordered comply with country, state and/or federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your Order.
11.5 We have limited control over local customs charges and cannot always predict exact amounts. Please check applicable import charges in the delivery territory before ordering.

13. Our responsibility for loss and damage suffered by you
13.1 If we fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
13.2 We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the Products.
